PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for improving combustion very easy to be attached on an air supply path and/or a fuel supply path outer circumference surface and capable of reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The device 1 for improving combustion is detachably attached on the outer circumference surface of an air supply path IT taking air into a combustion chamber. The device 1 for improving combustion is constructed in a two layer structure composed of a thin flexible metal plate 2 formed in a belt shape and coating material 7 applied on a contact surface of the metal plate 2. The metal plate 2 is wound and retained in such a manner that a surface applied with the coating material 7 closely contacts a curve surface of an outer circumference of the air supply path IT by following the same.
