PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional open-cut method for constructing a reinforced concrete precast box culvert in the ground; that there is a place where it is difficult to secure a width for placing an earth retaining wall with a width allowance, which makes the construction difficult, while in the conventional method the width of an excavated groove includes the width allowance needed for laying the box culvert when the earth-retaining wall is placed; and that the surrounding ground sinks since the earth/sand attached to a temporary earth-retaining wall is pulled out together when the temporary earth-retaining wall is pulled out. SOLUTION: Combined panels (a side wall precast concrete panel 6, a steel panel 5 for pincers and a temporary material 2) are press-fitted. By pulling out a part of the steel panel 5 corresponding to the earth covering in a state that the temporary material is fixed, a need for placing the earth-retaining wall with the width allowance and the long earth-retaining wall does not have to be drawn out.
