An apparatus and a method of manufacturing an embossing can, which can simply manufacture a can with superior quality without damaging an embossing pattern formed on a cylindrical part, and can solve a problem that the projecting depth of embossing is reduced, and the embossing can manufactured by the same are provided. A method of manufacturing an embossing can comprises: an embossing forming step of forming an embossing pattern on a metal sheet with a predetermined size; a cylindrical part-forming step of joining both side portions of the embossing pattern-formed metal sheet, thereby forming the metal sheet in the form of a cylindrical structure; and a both cover part-connecting step of connecting an upper cover part and a lower cover part to both openings of the metal sheet formed in the form of a cylindrical structure. The method comprises a step of printing a design on one side of the metal sheet before performing the embossing forming step.
