<p>The portion pack has a circumferentially closed suspension loop (16) attached to a plait-like string adjacent to a clip, where an attachment of the suspension loop includes a twist knot encircling the filled string. The suspension loop has an elongated narrow loop with ends having sides extending between the ends. The sides of the suspension loop are adjacent each another and extend around the string adjacent the clip. One of the ends of the suspension loop passes between the string and the other end passes within the suspension loop to define the twist knot. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for attaching a suspension loop to a tubular sleeve, drawn together to form a string (2) a device for attaching a suspension loop to a tubular sleeve drawn together to form a string.</p> |
