<p>A taxi parameter (51,54,59,61,64) of the aircraft is monitored to determine whether the aircraft enters a towing situation. The steering control is set in a free steering mode of the steerable wheel, if the aircraft enters the towing situation. The steering controls is reactivated so that the steerable wheel has an angular steering and controlled by the steering control if the aircraft leaves the towing situation. A logic (53,58) combination of several taxi parameters is performed to define an event indicating that the aircraft enters the towing situation.</p> |
