A driver of a connector high speed stitching machine and a method for manufacturing a connector using the same are provided to prevent a movement between a gripper and a cutter from being changed during a continuous work by integrally forming a gripper moving cam and a cutter moving cam in a rotating shaft. A driver of a connector high speed stitching machine includes a virtual insertion portion(20), a normal insertion portion(30), a terminal fixing portion(40), and a terminal cut fixing portion(50). The virtual insertion portion is composed of a virtual insertion cam(22) having a first rotation engagement groove(21) therein, a first bearing(23) being engaged with the first rotation engagement groove of the virtual insertion cam, and a moving base(24) connected to the first bearing. The normal insertion portion includes a normal insertion cam having a second rotation engagement groove(31) therein, a second bearing(33) being engaged with the second rotation engagement groove, a moving portion(34) connected to the second bearing, and an insertion pin inserting a terminal into a connector case. The terminal fixing portion includes a gripper moving cam engaged between the virtual insertion cam and the normal insertion cam. The terminal cut fixing portion includes a cutter moving cam(52) in which a moving groove(51) is formed.
