An epoxy resin lamination sheet for repairing a drain pipe without excavation is provided to prevent the volume of an epoxy resin layer from being shrunken during curing, by physically bearing the laminating sheet by a hydraulic mortar layer while a glass fiber layer and a non-woven fabric layer impregnated with epoxy resin are supported from the upper and lower sides by a stainless steel net. An epoxy resin lamination sheet for repairing a drain pipe without excavation is produced by successively laminating a glass fiber layer impregnated with epoxy resin, a stainless steel net comprising wires aligned at the intervals of 20~30 meshes, a hydraulic mortar layer, the stainless steel net comprising wires with the intervals of 20~30 meshes, and a non-woven fabric layer impregnated with epoxy resin. The total thickness of the epoxy resin lamination sheet is 6~10mm.
