METHOD FOR ANALYZING IMAGE OF MICROSCOPE USING SYSTEM FOR INSPECTING LCD PANEL

A microscope image analyzing method of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel inspection system is provided to obtain precise image information by continuously performing serial processes for automatically obtaining image information and storing the image information as data. A device and a recipe is called by loading a panel(S110,S115). By using the called device and recipe, an angle of a panel is corrected(S120). Pixel arrangement is performed for the panel of which the angle is corrected(S135). An image for the arranged pixels is stored(S140). Color coordinates of the stored image are measured(S160). After that, a result report for the measured color coordinates is produced and stored(S170).
