<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which is free of a glittering and gloss difference on the front and rear surfaces and is capable of obtaining a good image even when an image forming toner with low temperature fixing property at a higher level than that of a conventional toner is used, and provide particularly an image forming device with a double-side image forming mechanism, and also provide a method of using the image forming device. SOLUTION: The image forming device with the double-side image forming means mounts a toner which has an inorganic fine powder and a toner particle that contains at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and a release agent. The molecular weight distribution of the toner measured by GPC from THF- soluble component of the toner (mainly binder resin) has a at least one peak in the range of 1,000-10,000, the half-width of the molecular weight distribution is a molecular weight of <=15,000 and weight % of molecular weight of >=105 is <=10 wt.% and the binder resin of the toner contains a chloroform-insoluble part of 5-40%, and the image forming method using the image forming device.</p> |
