A rolling bearing (1) has first and second races (2, 3) that define an annular space (7) therebetween. A plurality of rolling elements (5) roll on the races (2, 3). The space (7) is filled with a solid lubricant composition (8) containing a resin polymer. The space (7) is preferably sealed with a pair of sealing members (6, 6) which are interposed between the races (2, 3) and a region between the lubricant composition (8) and the corresponding sealing member (6) in the space (7) is filled with grease (9).
