<p>An adhesive topical formulation in the form of an anhydrous base containing polymers that, in contact with the moisture of the oral mucosa, are able to develop in a few seconds an evident adhesive capacity that enables the product to remain adherent to the surface in the point of application and to exert on the lesion a protective action in regard to the external agents. Solubilized and/or dispersed within the anhydrous base are active principles chosen from among the ones that are able to protect the surface, soothe pain, and exert an antibacterial action.</p> |
