A diet food composition using agar as a main ingredient is provided to obtain excellent diet effect and an effect of stimulating defecation and can be used as a meal substitute. A diet food composition contains 5 to 15% by weight of agar, 0.1 to 5% by weight of Garcinia cambogia, 1 to 7% by weight of indigestible maltodextrin, 20 to 30% by weight of brown rice, 3 to 10% by weight of buckwheat, 2 to 8% by weight of barley, 2 to 8% by weight of adlay, 4 to 10% by weight of sorghum, 0.01 to 1% by weight of lactic acid bacteria, 0.1 to 2% by weight of green tea, 0.01 to 1% by weight of L-carnitine, 0.01 to 1% by weight of Poria cocos, 0.01 to 1% by weight of Astragalus root, 0.01 to 1% by weight of Houttuynia cordata, 1 to 7% by weight of bean flour, 0.5 to 3% by weight of bean protein, 0.1 to 2% by weight of kale, 0.1 to 2% by weight of carrot, 0.1 to 2% by weight of Angelica keiskei, 1 to 5% by weight of chicory dietary fiber, 0.01 to 2% by weight of kelp, 0.01 to 2% by weight of Pueraria root and 0.5 to 5% by weight of pumpkin. |
