A mirror for sunvisor and a Method of manufacturing the same are provided to prevent a glass substrate from being broken by strong impact by attaching a safety film layer on the glass substrate. A method of manufacturing a mirror for a sunvisor includes the steps of: forming a metal reflection layer(30) on the bottom of a glass substrate(10); cutting the glass substrate equipped with the metal reflection layer into cell units; preparing a safety film(20) having protection films(35) two sides thereof, in corresponding to the glass substrate cut into the cell unit; peeling the protection film on the safety film, and attaching the safety film onto the top surface of glass substrate of the cell unit.
