A fire prevention damper is provided to smooth a following wind from the inside to the outside by effectively blocking wind pressure from the outside by a structure of a blocking plate of the mechanical or electronic fire prevention damper. A fire prevention damper includes: a cylindrical main body(2); a fixing pin(3) installed on the main body at a right angle with an axis of the main body; a blocking plate(4) having the same diameter as the inside diameter of the main body; and a hemisphere guide tool(7) connected to both sides of the blocking plate, and formed so that an indoor side is convex and an exhaust bit side is concave in the state that the blocking plate is parallel with the axis of the main body.
