<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component mixing type pre-filled syringe which has good operability by mixing two components aseptically and thereafter additionally sucking and mixing another component if necessary. <P>SOLUTION: The pre-filled syringe comprises a first barrel 1, a gasket member 2 inserted to this first barrel 1 for dividing a solution chamber 13, and a plunger-state container P inserted to this first barrel 1. The gasket member 2 has a perforation 23 on a shaft. On the proximal end of this perforation 23, a puncturing needle 22 to which a rubber shaft 24 is stuck is provided. The plunger-state container P comprises a second barrel 3, a first gasket 4 and a second gasket 5 inserted to the second barrel 3 to divide a medicine chamber 32. When the plunger-state container P is moved forward, the first gasket 4 is pierced by the puncturing needle 22. Thus, the solution chamber 13 is liquid-communicated with the medicine chamber 32 and the first barrel 1 engages with the second barrel 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
