PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new cushioning material which can be versatilely used for different kinds of specifications of equipment to be cushioned. SOLUTION: A flexible tubular casing 10 inside formed of a thermoplastic resin serves as a charging space. A starting material with a long length which keeps the charging space charged with a gelled shock absorption material 11 is cut down by a necessary length, and the end is sealed.
