CLASSIFING APPRATUS AND THE CLASSIFING METHOD USING IT

A classifying apparatus and a classifying method using the same are provided to regulate the classification steps by attaching or separating screens and mesh nets and to increase classification efficiency by removing raw powder stuffed in the mesh net, by air pulse by applying vacuum and pressure in turn. A classifying apparatus(100) is composed of: a tray(10) formed in the shape of a detachable cylinder having a hollow inside and equipped with plural detachable mesh nets in a vertical direction, wherein the mesh size of the mesh net gets smaller toward the lower side; a sealing member installed at the upper or lower side of the tray; a lid(40) for closing up the top tray and having an inlet port(41) for receiving materials to be classified; a water supply unit(50) connected to one side of the lid to supply the water to the inside; a lower body(60) for closing up the bottom tray and having a drain port(61) formed at one side; and an air control unit(70) formed at one side of the lower body to make the inside of the classifying apparatus vacuum or to blow the air to the inside.
