A deck plate is provided to improve the strength and shear resistance of a deck plate by securing the integrity of a base member, a latch member and a truss member, and to prevent the leakage of water toward the lower part of a deck plate by making a band steel plate surface contact with a base member. A deck plate(A) comprises a truss member(100) including an upper reinforcing bar(110) and a lower reinforcing bar(120) located parallel to each other at a certain distance and a lattice member(130) connecting the upper and lower reinforcing bars in the vertical direction, a latch member(200) connecting the truss member including the upper, lower reinforcing bars and the lattice member to a base member and covering the upper reinforcing bar of the truss member, a base member(300) installed to make the latch members stand up straight at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction and provided with triangular ribs(310) to prevent the longitudinal deflection of the base member, and a band steel plate(400) installed between ridges of the latch members in the horizontal direction and contacted with the base member to prevent the leakage of water to the lower part of the base member.
