The system (1) has locks (4, 5) presenting pivot connections (P1, P2) connecting the lock in a rotating manner to a seat and has hooks (8, 15) deported from the connections, respectively. The locks pivot between a locking position in which each lock is engaged on a wire and an unlocking position in which each lock is disengaged from the respective wire. An elastic return unit with a helical spring (25) and synchronization units are embarked on the locks and solicits synchronously rotation of the locks towards the locking and unlocking positions, respectively.
