A wire distribution device having a wire distribution adapter for an apartment house is provided to prevent an electric device from being damaged by an operation of an external invader. A wire distribution device having a wire distribution adapter for an apartment house includes a case(10), a wire distribution box(20), a switching board(30), a conducting connection unit, a winding unit, and a transfer unit(40). An opening is formed on a center of a front plane of the case. The wire distribution box is movably installed on the case, and is selectively exposed to an external part through the opening of the case. The switching board is fixed on the wire distribution box, and is movably installed on the case. The switching board switches the opening of the case. The conducting connection unit is detachably installed on the switching board. The winding unit is rotatably installed on the switching board, and has a winding roller and a spring. The winding roller winds a wire distribution line of the conducting connection unit. The spring is installed on the switching board and elastically supports the winding roller. The transfer unit is exposed to an external part of the case, and has a connection unit which is geared with a lever. The transfer unit has a pinion and a rack. The pinion is rotatably installed on the case. The rack is fixed on a lower part of the wire distribution board and the switching board, and is coupled to the pinion. |
