PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground structure, without requiring a large-scale facility and high cost, by maintaining sufficient strength even to a load from an upper part, while shortening filling work of earth and sand in a cavity part of old tires. SOLUTION: The ground structure is formed by packing a granular body 12 in the ring-shaped cavity part 3 of the laminated old tires 2.
