HYDRAULIC CYLINDER FOR IRON MANUFACTURE FACILITY

A hydraulic cylinder for an iron manufacture facility is provided to reduce a maintenance cost without using an oil and implement an environment-friendly industrial facility by using water as an operating fluid. A cylinder(1) is formed by coupling a front cover(2) and a rear cover. A fivefold V-shaped packing(7) is formed in a fivefold O-ring shape to maintain airtightness in spite of a buckling generated when a rod(4) linearly reciprocates. A piston(5) reciprocates inside the cylinder through reciprocating of the rod. An U-shaped packing(8) maintains the airtightness of the piston even at a high pressure by being expanded according to increment of pressure inside the cylinder by being formed in an O-ring shape surrounding an outer diameter of the piston. An air discharge valve(10) discharges air inside the cylinder. A cushion valve(11) absorbs impact due to inertia generated when the piston reciprocates. Guide bushes(9) are installed at both axial ends inside the cylinder to reduce the coefficient of friction generated when the piston reciprocates.
