A machine for rearrangement of the inner diameter of a wire coil is provided to perform a process of packing the wire coil more promptly and safely, and pack the wire coil in a state that the wire coil is rearranged more uniformly. A machine for rearrangement of the inner diameter of a wire coil comprises: a base frame(1) having wheels(2) installed on a bottom part thereof to move the entire machine; a pipe fixing stand(4) which is installed on a top part of the base frame, and to which the supporting pipe is fixed horizontally; a supporting pipe(7) into which holes(70) are penetrated; a piston rod connected to a cylinder and installed in the supporting pipe such that the piston rod is moved forward and backward within the supporting pipe; five main brackets(10) installed on front and rear parts and on a circumferential part of the piston rod such that the main brackets are spaced apart from one another at a predetermined interval; connecting members(11) installed on the main brackets to movably connect the main brackets and the connecting members to operating members(12) installed on the supporting pipe through the holes formed in the supporting pipe; and supports(13) movably connected to the operating members such that the connecting members and the operating members connected to the main brackets fold or unfold the supports circumferentially by forward and backward movements of the piston rod.
