A bracket includes at least one mounting surface, and a base engagement element is attached to the base, the base engagement element being operable for detachable engagement with the bracket. The bracket is operable to position the shaft horizontally when the base engagement element is engaged with the bracket, and the shaft is dimensioned to allow insertion of the shaft within a roll of a rolled sheet product.
