A car audio apparatus having a driving recoding function of a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing processes of the vehicle by recording information on driving without an additional recording device. A car audio apparatus having a driving recoding function of a vehicle comprises a memory part(170), a driving information input part(140), and a controller(160). The memory part stores primary play music according to the driving condition of the vehicle. The driving information input part is to input the driving information of the vehicle. The controller records the driving information of the vehicle input through the driving information input part in the memory part, judges the driving condition of the vehicle by analyzing the input and recorded driving information, and reproduces the play music stored in the memory part according to the judged driving condition.
