An inclined stacking and fixing jig device for nitriding and tempering is provided to perform a uniform heat transferring operation and smoothly form an atmospheric gas flow by stacking loaded articles such that the articles maintain a predetermined distance therebetween, and enable unskilled workers to perform a mounting preparation operation promptly and easily. An inclined stacking and fixing jig device for nitriding and tempering comprises: a rectangular supporting frame as a welding structure; five stages of rectangular stacking and fixing jigs vertically spaced apart from one another in a distance of 100 mm and clamped to the rectangular supporting frame, the five stages of rectangular stacking and fixing jigs including a first stage stacking jig(11) in a fixed state, and second to fifth stage inclined fixing jigs(12-15) that can be tilted to an angle of 50 to 60 degrees by the inclined rotating members; inclined rotating members(20) welded to both side faces of the rectangular supporting frame; rotating inclined jig stators(30) having rectangular stainless steel bars slidingly formed on both sides thereof to stop the rotating inclined jig stators; and double safety device fixing bolts(31) of which both sides are clamped by stainless steel bolts.
