A distance-limited center grounding outlet attached to a wall for exposure side grounding is provided to be in contact with a center buried grounding when a center grounding plug is inserted and be in contact with a side grounding when a side grounding plug is inserted to enable an exposure grounding to move and reach a wall, thereby stopping a grounding unit, restricting the motion of the grounding unit more than a predetermined distance, and holding the contact state of the grounding unit. A distance-limited center grounding outlet attached to a wall for exposure side grounding includes an exposure grounding(14) and a wall(12A). The exposure grounding is in contact with the grounding by the insertion of a plug and reaches the wall to stop. The wall restricts the motion of the exposure grounding. If the inserted plug is separated from the outlet, the exposure grounding is made.
