摘要 An OsSIPK1 gene and an OsSIPK1 protein expressed therefrom are provided to interact with proteins involving with a MAP kinase chain reaction and increase plant stress resistance. An OsSIPK1 protein from Oryza sativa increasing stress-resistance consists of an amino acid sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 2, wherein the stress is salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, ethephon, naphthalene acetic acid, gibberellic acid, or MOCK. A gene encodes the OsSIPK1 protein and consists of a sequence described as SEQ ID : NO. 1. An yeast transformant is transformed by a recombinant vector including the gene. The gene is over-expressed in a plant to increase the stress resistance.
