<p>A system and a method for easily filling/printing forms using an MFP(Multi Function Printer) of a PC are provided to electronically fill/validate the forms by completely avoiding overlaying for filling the forms, and enable a remote work station to easily fill and obtain the forms. A filler fills the form including information for empty fields. A transmitter transmits the form to the MFP. A storing part permanently stores the forms to the MFP. An input part inputs the fields of the forms in the MFP. A validator validates the forms. A presenter presents the form for generating PCL(Printer Control Language) data. An adjuster adjusts values filled in the fields to the form.</p> |
