A method for fabricating a thin film pattern, a liquid crystal display panel formed thereby, and a fabricating method of the same liquid crystal display panel are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and the manufacturing time by eliminating a strip process for removing a photoresist pattern. An organic material pattern(115) is formed on a substrate(102). A liquefied metal material is formed on the substrate including the organic material pattern. A hardening process is performed to harden the liquefied metal material. A thin film pattern(118) is formed by removing the hardened metal material from the organic material pattern. The thin film pattern is formed on a region which is not overlapped with the organic material pattern. The liquefied metal material is formed on the substrate including the organic material pattern by using a spray method or a spin-coating method.
