Water purification filters for alkalifying water are provided to improve the water alkalification function of the filters through porous filters comprising natural minerals in the form of fine powders, and purify water promptly and improve the removal function of calcareous substances by contacting the filters with water uniformly, and a water purifier for alkalifying water comprising the filters is provided. A first water purification filter(210) for alkalifying water is formed in the form of a predetermined block by mixing fine powders of zeolite, magnetite, tourmaline, and magnesium, the water purification filter being essentially comprised of 20 to 30% by weight of zeolite, 15 to 25% by weight of magnetite, 10 to 20% by weight of tourmaline, and 35 to 45% by weight of magnesium. A second water purification filter(220) for alkalifying water is formed in the form of a predetermined block by mixing fine powders of alumina, zeolite, sodium feldspar, and phosphate minerals, the water purification filter being essentially comprised of 35 to 45% by weight of alumina, 25 to 35% by weight of zeolite, 15 to 25% by weight of sodium feldspar, and 5 to 15% by weight of phosphate minerals. A third water purification filter(230) for alkalifying water is formed in the form of a predetermined block by mixing fine powders of zeolite, tourmaline, and activated carbon, the water purification filter being essentially comprised of 30 to 40% by weight of zeolite, 10 to 20% by weight of tourmaline, and 45 to 55% by weight of activated carbon. Further, a structure of the blocks is an empty cylinder type.
