A novel Bacillus sp. producing xylanolytic enzyme is provided to degrade xylan in agricultural remnants and craft pulp, so that the strain is useful in recycle industry of agricultural remnants and pulp industry. A novel Bacillus halodulans BK(KCTC 11075BP) produces xylanolytic enzyme selected from xylanase, beta-xylosidase, alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase, alpha-glucuronidase and acetylxylan esterase. A composition for degrading agricultural remnants and craft pulp comprises alive, dead, dried or cultured Bacillus halodulans BK(KCTC 11075BP), and further comprises an immobilization carrier selected from cellulose, dextran, agarose, polyacrylamide, sodium alginate, ceramic, slag and plastics. Further, the craft pulp is selected from sugar cane pomace pulp, Eucalyptus pulp and pine pulp.
