A system and a method for managing tender information of constructors to order a construction are provided to support preparing and managing the tender information of the constructors by distributing business to members of a constructor group, establishing a construction plan by each schedule/project, and receiving a report from the members of the constructor group. A basic information manager(21) registers/stores order, constructor, and constructor group information to a basic information database(211). A user manager(22) registers/stores member registration, business, and member level information of users of constructors and the company to a user database(221). A milestone information manager(23) registers, stores, and provides milestone corresponding to a business unit of a construction plan through a screen interface for managing a project by using a milestone database(232). A business report manager(24) registers, stores, and provides a periodical business report according to progress of each project field by using a business report database(241).
