<p>A display device and an electronic apparatus having the same are provided to improve color purity by forming color filters in first to third light emitting elements to pass one of blue, red, and green light. A display device includes a substrate(10), a plurality of light emitting elements(12R,12G,12B), and a reflective layer(14). The plurality of light emitting elements are formed on the substrate. The reflective layer is formed between the substrate and the light emitting elements to reflect light emitted from the light emitting elements. Each of the light emitting layers has a transparent layer(18R,18G,18B) in contact with the reflective layer, a light emitting layer(20) formed on an upper surface of the transparent layer, and a transparent electrode layer(22) formed at an opposite side to the reflective layer while interposing the light emitting layer. A distance between the reflective layer and the transparent electrode layer is set in each of the light emitting elements so that specific color light emitted from the light emitting layer is enhanced by interference and emitted from the transparent electrode layer. The light emitting elements include at least first and second light emitting elements where blue and red light emitted from the light emitting layers are enhanced and emitted from the transparent electrode layers.</p> |
