An automatic teller machine is provided to prevent the same manipulation error of a user from being repeatedly performed by displaying a reason of the manipulation error on a display. A bankbook is inserted into and ejected from an ATM(Automatic Teller Machine) through a bankbook in/out hole(11). A card is inserted into and ejected from the ATM through a card in/out hole(12). A bank note is inserted into and ejected from the ATM through a bank note in/out hole(13). A coin is inserted into and ejected from the ATM through a coin in/out hole(14). A display panel(15) includes a touch panel and a display. When a returning occurs without printing a transaction result on a printing sheet of the bankbook, a returning reason is displayed on the display. The returning reason is outputted through a voice output unit. |
