An apparatus for sterilizing semi-dried raw Pacific saury(Gwamegi) using ultraviolet and infrared ray from an infrared ray lamp and ultraviolet lamp at the wall surface and ceiling of a tunnel is provided to sterilize raw Pacific saury and to remove a fishy smell. An apparatus for sterilizing semi-dried raw Pacific saury using ultraviolet and infrared ray comprises: a tunnel(100) opened at the front and rear and formed with a door on the side face; a blast fan(110) in the middle of the tunnel; a heating part(120) at the rear of the blast fan; a smoking part(130) at the rear of the heating part; a carrier(140) at the front of the blast fan; an infrared ray lamp and ultraviolet lamp at the wall surface and ceiling of the tunnel to sterilize raw Pacific saury and remove its fishy smell, wherein the infrared ray lamp and ultraviolet lamp are installed in the following order: (i) infrared ray lamp, (ii) ultraviolet lamp, (iii) ultraviolet lamp, (iv) infrared ray lamp and the like. The ultraviolet lamp(ii) and ultraviolet lamp(iii) are installed at 1m intervals. |
