THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE BARRIER RIB FOR THE PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL AND THE LOWER PANEL FOR THE PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL HAVING THE SAME

A method of manufacturing a barrier rib for a plasma display panel and a lower panel including the barrier rib is provided to make shape of the barrier rib precisely by preventing vapors from being formed, while a liquid photo-sensitive paste is condensed into a mold. A mold pattern is formed on one surface of a soft mold(S101). A green sheet is arranged to be opposed to the soft mold(S103). The mold pattern is transferred on the green sheet to the first depth by using at least one pressure plate, which is moved on a rear surface of the soft mold or the green sheet(S105). The mold pattern is transferred on the green sheet to the second depth by using at least one pressure roller, which is rotated on the rear surface of the soft mold or the green sheet(S107). The soft mold is released from the green sheet, on which the mold pattern is formed(S111). The green sheet is plasticized(S113).
