A roasting plate is provided to drain impurities such as used oil through inclined drain passages and to prevent the roasting plate and meats from being exposed to flame by covering sides of a body of the roasting plate with a protection member. A roasting plate comprises a plate shaped body(10), a plurality of roasting parts(20), and drain passages. The roasting parts are formed on one side of the body and extend in a row so that meats to be roasted are placed on the roasting parts. The drain passages are formed on one side of the body to drain the juices of meats. The drain passages include a plurality of main passages(30), and at least one of the main passages is formed between the adjacent roasting parts. One or more of roasting parts include a pair of inclined surfaces(206,208) on the same planes as one surface of the body, and roasting surfaces.
