A fixing device using magnets is provided to obtain strong magnetic force through one assembly, and seek convenience in usage by performing conversion of magnetic force at one time. A fixing device using magnets comprises: two or more of casings(100) which have a movable magnet(110) as a permanent magnet and a fixed magnet formed in inner central parts thereof in a vertical and sequential manner, and which arranged to maintain a predetermined distance therebetween; a plate-like stop plate(200) in which through grooves(210) are formed correspondingly to the movable magnets of the casings, which are fixedly installed above the casings, and which is approximately flat; a stop cover(300) fixed in such a shape that covers the stop plate, and which forms a space part together with the stop plate; shafts(400) which are positioned in the space part on the stop cover, of which bottom parts are joined with the movable magnets of the casings, of which top parts are rotatably and axially supported to the stop cover, and which have clamping holes(410) formed in left, right, and top faces thereof; first and second links(500,600) which are horizontally arranged in parallel to each other within the stop cover, and of which both ends are alternately clamped to the clamping holes of the shafts at the corresponding positions; and a stick(700) which is positioned on a top part of the stop cover, and of which one end is joined with an upper end portion of one shaft to impart rotary power to the shaft.
