A CID(Caller Identification)-united method in a PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) and a device therefor are provided to display customer information inputted by a user on a screen together with a CID function, and to output the information to a printer when the user wants to, then to enable the user to input or modify the information with a keyboard. A sender's customer information for using a CID function by employing a PDA is inputted(710-714). The inputted information is stored in a memory(715). If a call sending ring signal is received without a manual setup key for converting a PDA mode into a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) mode being inputted, the CRM mode is carried out(716,718). If the manual setup key for converting into the CRM mode from the PDA mode is inputted, the CRM mode is executed(719-722).
