A method for drawing a tire mold automatically with a parametric modeling technique is provided to draw the desired tire mold automatically with parametric modeling in a CAD(Computer-Aided Design) system by enabling a user to select the tire mold from a database, and input a tire size and related numeric values. A basic mold shape is drawn and converted into a template, and the template is stored to a database, and a user calls the template corresponding to a type of the desired mold shape from the database by using a template calling tool. The user inputs data of a desired mold to a spreadsheet related to the called template. The mold shape is drawn according to the called template and the received data. The template is stored to the database by drawing/defining a plurality of mold shapes having various kinds of shapes/sizes, checking a repeated parameter, CAD functions, and an input type/value, and selecting a representative mold shape from the defined mold shapes.
