DISPLAY APPARATUS

摘要

A display apparatus is provided to apply a linear compensated gamma curve thereto by varying the gamma curve according to adjustment of control points in a gamma curve by using a Bezier function. A display apparatus includes a display panel(100), a gamma reference voltage generator(500), and a data driver(300). The display panel includes plural pixel units defined by plural gate and source lines crossed each other. The gamma reference voltage generator generates plural gamma reference voltages based on a gamma curve by using a Bezier function. The data driver converts image data into gray scale voltages using the gamma reference voltages and outputs the converted gray scale voltages to the display panel.
