Described is insemination equipment that comprises two parts: the first part being of permanent use and including a tubular vaginoscope, an engageable lamp and a syringe-shaped vacuum pump, and a second disposable part comprising a plastic pipette having a transparent bell at one end portion and a "Y" division located at the remaining portion thereof; a conventional syringe is coupled to one arm of the "Y" division, the syringe including a semen diluent and simultaneously a hose wherein a straw with 0.25 millilitres or 0.5 millilitres indistinctly of fresh or frozen semen is assembled. The syringe-shaped vacuum pump is coupled to the remaining arm of the "Y" division, the pump performing the vacuum action while the assisted insemination is being carried out, thus being required that the inseminator is completely assembled previous the assisted insemination action.
