A composition containing sibutramine free base is provided to improve solubility and bioavailability of sibutramine free base by using natural material extract and organic acid, and minimize side effects caused by using a single organic acid, so that anti-obesity effects of sibutramine free base are maximized. A solid dispersion contains sibutramine free base, the extract of a natural material selected from Japanese apricot, apple, lemon, orange, Asparagus, grapefruit and Pomegranate in a weight ratio of 1:0.2-5, and optionally contains phytic acid. A pharmaceutical anti-obesity composition contains the solid dispersion and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers.
