A coupling structure of egg plate cover is provided to make external appearance of the egg plate better by allowing firm combination of the egg place cover without string and to reduce packing cost for eggs. A coupling structure of egg plate cover comprises: a square shaped egg plate main body(10) having multiple receiving grooves(12) for eggs and projections(11); a handle(13); locking grooves(14) and locking hooks(15) established on the handle side of the egg plate; an egg plate cover(20) having multiple lateral diaphragms with a certain height; a receiving space for eggs, which is formed between the receiving grooves and multiple projection parts(21) established on the cover; multiple combination blocks(24) established on the lower end of lateral diaphragm; multiple combination holes(25) with a fixed interval established on the upper end of combination blocks.
