摘要 A structure for preventing backflow of hot metal of a tapping socket is provided to improve stability and durability and reduce the maintenance cost by effectively blocking hot metal from penetrating into a tap hole opener when generating backflow of the hot metal from a blast furnace via a channel of a tapping rod, and prevent backflow of hot metal fundamentally and replace the backflow preventing unit simply and promptly although a backflow preventing unit in the tapping socket is worn out. In a tap hole opener(40) for digging a tap hole through the blast furnace to draw out hot metal contained in a blast furnace, a structure for preventing backflow of hot metal of a tapping socket comprises a filtering nozzle(50) which is formed in a tapping socket(30), and into which a plurality of cooling holes are penetrated in the channel direction to harden the hot metal when hot metal(11) passes through the cooling holes, the tapping socket mediating between a blast furnace-digging tapping rod(20) and the tap hole opener, wherein the filtering nozzle is positioned between a tap hole opener-placing member(31) and a socket nozzle part(33) of the tapping socket, and an inclined part(35) is formed on the filtering nozzle such that the inner diameter of the inclined part is gradually increased in the direction from the socket nozzle part to the filtering nozzle.
