A bit transmission method of different control channels is provided to perform modulation by binding bits of different control channels, or to perform an encoding process by binding the bits, and to send the bound bits, thereby allocating the same frequency, time, and code resources to two pieces of information. A base station performs a CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) function after receiving packet data(510) from a mobile station to check whether an error exists, and if so, the base station generates an NACK bit, and if not, the base station generates an ACK bit. The base station detects reception strength of the packet data to generate a power control symbol, and transmits a symbol(520) for combining the ACK/NACK bits with the power control symbol to a downlink.
