A small cable winch for timbers is provided to facilitate transfer of the timbers in a steep mountain area by preventing a towage cable and a conveyance cable from interfering with each other. A small cable winch for timbers includes a drum frame(10), a towage winch drum(20), a conveyance winch drum(30), an engine(40), a winding guide device(50), and a power transmission unit. The drum frame includes fixing units at different heights on a top surface of a main body(1). The towage winch drum is formed to wind and unwind a towage cable(W1) for towing a transfer member to the main body. The conveyance winch drum is formed to wind and unwind a conveyance cable(W2) for conveying the transfer member to a predetermined position. The engine is installed on the top surface of the main body and includes an integrated driving pulley to drive the towage winch drum ant the conveyance winch drum. The winding guide device moves left and right to uniformly wind or unwind the towage cable and the conveyance cable around or from the towage winch drum and the conveyance winch drum respectively. |
