A fixing device using a magnet is provided to prevent shaking of the concerned part without using an additional clamp unit for fixing the part by installing a magnetism generating unit on a support for supporting a metallic part when using a robot for performing a welding operation or the like. A fixing device using a magnet comprises: a post(320) of which a lower end is fixed to a base, and which has a long shaft with a predetermined length in the direction perpendicular to the base; a vertical sliding joint(330) which moves vertically along the long shaft of the post, and of which a corresponding position is fixed in a state that the vertical sliding joint is locked; a magnetization cylinder part(310) having a magnet formed on one end thereof to generate magnetism and a cylinder for supporting a predetermined weight value; and a rotary connecting joint(340) which connects the magnetization cylinder part and the vertical sliding joint, which can be rotated to a predetermined angle around the vertical sliding joint, and of which a corresponding rotary angle is fixed in a state that the rotary connecting joint is locked. The magnetization cylinder part includes a connecting part(311), a cylinder, and a magnet.
