A power supplying apparatus is provided to maintain an output voltage uniformly according to on and off of a standby mode by using one resistor and one transistor. A switching control unit(120) generates and outputs a pulse of DC power based on a set frequency. A transformer(130) generates an output voltage by boosting the pulse of the DC power at a set winding ratio. An output voltage distribution unit(150) differently distributes the output voltage according to on and off of a standby mode by using a transistor, at least one resistor, and a plurality of voltage distribution resistors. A feedback control unit(160) calculates a feedback current for the distributed output voltage to output the feedback current to the switching control unit.
